Library Pocket Card

Supply List:
  • Micro Beads: Clear and Gold
  • Winged Things I Collage Sheet (2 of same image)
  • Patterned Paper
  • Green Cardstock (with white core)
  • Library Card and Pocket
  • Distress Ink (Vintage Photo)
  • Flowers
  • Brads and eyelet
  • Fibers
  • Sandpaper
  • Gold Leafing Pen
  • O'So Sticky Sheet







Directions:

Step 1:
Fold green cardstock to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 size. Sand edges to show some of the white core. Cut patterned paper slightly smaller and attach.


Step 2:
Distress Library card and pocket using Distress Ink. Line top front of pocket with gold leafing pen.


Step 3:
Create the word "Fly" from cardstock. Create the word again using O'So Sticky Sheet. Layer sticky sheet letter on cardstock letter and cover with gold beads. Attach letters along with flowers and brads to front of library pocket. Attach to front of card.


Step 4:
Cut out Collage image. Outline in gold lead pen. Mount onto green cardstock and sand.

Take second collage image and cut out butterfly. Cover cut out butterfly with sticky sheet and clear beads.

(Note: I sanded in spots on the collage picture also)


Step 5:
Mount butterfly with foam tape on top of collage image for 3D effect.

Add flower to top of library card. Add eyelet and fibers.
